Simon's previous corporate role was Global Marketing Consultant for Christian Vision, one of the UK's largest charities with offices throughout Europe, CIS, Africa, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

After leading innovation in Facebook, Instagram, and Google AI ad platforms, Simon pioneered conversational chat based engagement initiatives and was instrumental in the establishment of the AI lab greenhouse project at CV.

Simon and his wife Kamini founded Milk and Honey English School in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, in 2009. Simon's documentary "Missions in the Wilderness" about the school won most inspiring documentary at the International Christian Film Festival in Florida and several other awards.

In 2019 they founded Freedom International, working to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking by educating the vulnerable.

They have two amazing daughters, Ravi, and Elysabeth, and are based in Phnom Penh.

Simon continues his focus on web apps and business systems, and has recently developed several bespoke web applications in his freelance and contract work in the non profit sector with Story Strategist.
